Too often homebuyers are in the dark about what they need to know and do prior to and during the buying process. At My First Property we will travel the path with you from start to finish, while providing you with the best finance solutions. Just as important is the priceless experience and knowledge we pass onto you to help you avoid traps and pitfalls when buying your first home.

Our personal experience in doing exactly what you’re doing makes your task that much easier.

At My First Property our advice is informed, objective and based on experience. We work for you. We are independent of any lender or bank, so have no vested interest in any particular product. We can help you plan the construction of your home, detailing a number of key areas in the construction that will help you add value to it and to make it a more comfortable place to live.  We will guide you through the planning and consent process, and give you tips on how to get the most out of your dealings with agents. In short, we will provide you with the complete home buyer’s information package.

Tenant information required:
Additional to the Residential Application Form you are required to provide:

1. For ALL persons a Commonwealth Statutory Declaration confirming your annual gross income for the last 12 months.
2. For ALL persons income evidence must be supplied.

Applications submitted without the Commonwealth Statutory Declaration or income evidence will not be considered.
